How are prices determined?
Directly with you, per route, before your account opens. We do not publish an online price list, because a fair rate depends on your routes and volume.
When do I pay?
On the period we agree with you, commonly monthly. Partial payments are accepted, and your outstanding balance is always visible in the panel.
Do you contact my clients?
No. The passenger relationship stays entirely with you. We carry out the transfer and report back to you, not to your client.
Which airports do you cover?
Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW), plus city transfers within Istanbul and intercity journeys.
Can I book tours as well?
Yes. Tour bookings work exactly like transfers: you submit the request in the panel at the rate we agreed.
How long does approval take?
We review every application and get in touch to discuss rates. Approval is a conversation rather than an automatic step, so we do not promise a fixed turnaround.
